Hanger 66 is taking a fresh approach to functional fitness: offering pole, calisthenics, yoga and Pilates classes to men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
Pole is a fantastic whole body workout. Watch your strength and flexibility improve as you have fun learning new tricks and combinations. Pole classes are open to men and women, we also have a class dedicated to kids under the age of 16.
Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements. They are, in essence, body-weight training. They are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility
Hanger Mix is where you will take classes in Pilates, Yoga and Stretch / Contortion along with Dance and Aerobic classes.
