Sarah began her yoga journey in 2013 travelling the world while trying to ﬁnd a way to stay active and mindful. She fell in love with the practice and the ability to strengthen her body and mind and bring balance into her life. Over the years Yoga transformed into a whole new lifestyle helping her through rehab and personal challenges. Sarah completed her 250 hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training at Raw Power Yoga in Brisbane.

Oﬀ the mat, Sarah is a scuba diver and ocean enthusiast passionate about all things sustainable and eco-friendly. She has a keen interest in nutrition and a healthy balanced lifestyle.
