Yoga Instructor

Sarah began her yoga journey in 2013 travelling the world while trying to find a way to stay active and mindful. She fell in love with the practice and the ability to strengthen her body and mind and bring balance into her life. Over the years Yoga transformed into a whole new lifestyle helping her through rehab and personal challenges. Sarah completed her 250 hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training at Raw Power Yoga in Brisbane.

Embracing Yoga as a tool to regain strength, confidence and the capability to move fluidly and without pain she wants to share that passion with others and help them find out how great their bodies can feel. Sarah loves to teach stretchy and heart-opening classes that will get your back bendy while helping you on your way to a kinder and more aware self.

She enjoys sharing her love for mindfulness and movement in her slow and strong sequences that will leave you feeling grounded and connected. Off the mat, Sarah is a scuba diver and ocean enthusiast passionate about all things sustainable and eco-friendly. She has a keen interest in nutrition and a healthy balanced lifestyle.
